Return Policy

Returns accepted for:

  • all products in the categories: TCG Accessories, Graded TCG cards and Merch
  • all sealed products (with the protective film and/or sticker intact from Authorised Distributors or Gamerz Center SRL) from the remaining product categories

No returns accepted for:

  • all opened / unsealed / unwrapped products from the main categories and their subcategories
  • all products in the TCG Raw cards category

Maximum return/cancellation period: 14 days
